Cheryl founded CMI Properties in 1992. She has maintained a Kentucky Real Estate License for over two decades. Cheryl has a broad spectrum of commercial real estate experience including tenant representation, shopping center leasing and management, office building leasing and management as well as commercial property investment sales.
She has worked with numerous tenants including such national companies as Rite Aid, Staples, IHOP, Chuy’s Restaurant, Starbucks, Tractor Supply, and Dollar Tree. Her passion for the commercial real estate business is the foundation for CMI Properties success over the years. Cheryl is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky and is active in many civic organizations.
Vickie Graffius began her career as a Cost Analyst in the Chicago area for several large corporations, with responsibilities which included travel to multiple locations. She attended colleges in IL, AZ and KY. After obtaining her Real Estate license, she sold residentially for Coldwell Banker in Hinsdale and Oakbrook, IL.
In the mid-80’s she was offered positions in commercial office leasing, including employment with an Architect/Owner. She completed classwork to become a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA International) as an RPA (Real Property Administrator).
After moving to Lexington, Kentucky in 1990, Vickie worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in office property management, leasing and sales; assisting in the sale of what is now the PNC Bank building on Main Street downtown. Later, working for several large, local commercial property owners in property management and leasing of $250MM in assets.
Vickie enjoys meeting new people and team action on any real estate-related issues towards their highest and best possible resolution.
Wendy has worked as a Property Manager for CMI Properties since 2006. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Wendy came to us with previous experience as a Property Manager for a residential apartment community in Lexington.
A Lexington native who joined CMI in 2008, Anne received a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Anne joined CMI after working for over 15 years in both private business and public accounting. In addition to working part-time CMI, she serves as treasurer for several non-profit organizations.
