Cheryl Moss Johnston,
President and Principal Broker
The Founder of CMI
Properties in 1992, Cheryl has maintained a
Kentucky Real Estate License for nearly two
decades. A graduate of Centre College,
Cheryl has broad experience in shopping center
management and retail leasing. A member of
Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors,
the International Council of Shopping Centers,
Commercial Property Association of Lexington,
and Certified Commercial Investment Group, she
is also active in many civic organizations in Central Kentucky.

Wendy Dugger, Property
Manager
Wendy has worked as
a Property Manager for CMI Properties since
2006. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky
University with Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Wendy came to us
with previous experience as a Property
Manager for a residential apartment
community in Lexington.

Anne Ferring,
CPA
A
Lexington
native who joined CMI in 2008, Anne received a
Bachelors degree in Accounting from the
University of Kentucky.
Anne joined CMI after
working for over 15 years in both private
business and public accounting. In addition to
working part-time CMI, she serves as treasurer
for several non-profit organizations.
