Cheryl Moss Johnston is the president and
principal broker of CMI Properties. She has maintained a Kentucky
Real Estate License since 1990. Cheryl is a graduate of Centre
College and a member of Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors
(LBAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial
Property Association of Lexington (CPAL) and the Louisville chapter
of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She is also active in many
civic organizations in Central Kentucky. CMI Properties was established in 1992 and offers residential and commercial brokerage services as well as commercial property management and leasing services to clients in Kentucky. |
Jill Brown

Jill Brown has been a realtor in Central
Kentucky for over seven years. Her area of concentration has been
high end residential, Kentucky horse farms and now she is expanding
into commercial real estate. Jill has earned many realtor
designations throughout her career including her GRI (Graduate of
Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representation) and
CNHS (Certified New Homes Specialist). She has also been Million
Dollar Club Member for a number of years. Jill's educational background is extensive, earning her Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University and earning both her Bachelors in Marketing and Associates Degree in Retailing from Eastern Kentucky University. She is a former Executive Account Manager for NCR Corporation where she handled large national accounts and earned numerous sales awards during her 17 year career. In 2004 Jill started her own company, Brown Etc. Inc. (www.brownetcinc.com), which is an in home ladies clothing line. Jill brings a wide range of talents to CMI Properties and is eager to serve both residential and commercial opportunities in Central Kentucky. |
Amy Burke

Amy Burke has been a Realtor in Central
Kentucky for over three years, specializing in moderate to high end
properties. She has recently joined with Jill Brown of CMI
Properties to form a team approach to buying and selling Real
Estate. The TEAM of Brown and Burke provides the peace of mind that
two Realtors are looking after their clients best interests, while
offering the luxury of getting two professionals for the price of
one. Amy graduated with honors from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. A passion for working with people and helping them fulfill their dreams led her to realize her own dream of becoming a Realtor in 2004. Amy's past marketing experience gives her a creative and fresh approach to buying and selling properties, and is eager to serve both your residential and commercial needs. |
